Just bought an AC using Lowes and their contracted company and it was a great experince. Stuart the outdoor project Manager was great in explaining everything as well as the visit with the contracted company. The price was good after shopping around and the install was done smooth and professional. I am happy with the experience and would recommend.
I have never had a problem here. The employees are phenomenal and go above and beyond to help you and make sure you find what you are looking for. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Always my go-to place for any projects I need supplies for!
I go here for convenience only! Terrible customer service. I spend a small fortune with Lowes every month as I run a side business and buy all material from them. It's a necessary evil!
I normally enjoy shopping at Lowe's but today not so much. I bought mulch that was on sale paid for it went out to the mulch to have it loaded no one there to help went back inside they said they were out I asked to put the money back on my credit card he advised I would have to go to customer service which the young man was too busy texting on his phone to help me I got it taken care of but I still think it was a bad experience. They should have not sold me something that they are out of.
Only one issue with visit, took a few minutes to find disposable gloves. Finally found them on aisle 5. Visit was good. Thankful for Lowes and the convenience of it near home and work.
