I've done pick up twice now. The pizza is the best I've had in the area. I had the calzone tonight and it was better than the pizza. I'm not sure how this is possible because the pizza is amazing. They have a great friendly staff. All in all this is a great place. Great job guys.
Best take-out pizza I've ever had! And I normally won't eat take-out pizza. The staff was very friendly while I waited on my order. Next time I'll take the family in for a sit down meal, as I was impressed with the casual ambiance.
Decent food, horrible customer service. I came in to pick up my food and they forgot to make half of it. Instead of explaining that, they put my pizza in between the ovens and made the other half. When's its finally ready I ask why did it take 40 mins for a pick up. The manager says "Does it look like I'm standing around?" Why talk to a customer like that? Treat people poorly and they won't come back, I don't plan on it.
Went with a friend to eat a quick lunch while Little Elm hosted a competition. Two huge roaches crawled on the table. We quietly brought it to attention to a man who was working there...he said " one roach here...one roach there...they are everywhere...get used to it." He then preceded by throwing $5 at my friend which didn't even cover what we had paid for. We hadn't been served our food but we asked his name and he said Frankie...very rude and poor customer service. Needless to say a health inspection is long overdue for this establishment.
Poor customer service, I called to order a large order 10/28/17 5:41pm the guy on the phone refuse to give me his name, didn't have knowledge of the menu, used foul language. I'll just go to Papa Murphy's by the Wal-Mart. Better specials and tasting pizza, very professional. That guy that be at the register is a joke.
