The Oak Point PD is apparently contracted to patrol Cross Oaks Ranch in Cross Roads, Texas. Questionable jurisdictional issues aside, instead of building relationships with the working class folks they were hired to protect and serve, these guys revel in their gift for escalating every encounter. If you are looking for a textbook study on how to foster an "Us vs. Them" mentality towards the police in your local community look no further than the Oak Point Police Department. Every time I see these guys I feel less safe.
Don't count on getting any assistance from them
